Ferrari says that buying one of their cars is not a sin ... or maybe just a little
The Vatican announced last week its document called " Guidelines for the Pastoral Care of the Road "and apparently took the hint Ferrari. Amedeo Felisa, one of the top executives of the brand, told Reuters he did not feel that products selen Maranello is the subject of concern. That in view of the Holy See noted that drivers should not use their cars as status symbols designed to provoke the envy of others.
Felisa said Ferrari could be used that way, but in reality most customers buy a car brand simply because they love driving. He also told Reuters he was sure that buying a Ferrari was not a sin, and that if it were, "one must sin from time to time."
From what we can be sure Felisa, Ferrari's case is that the amount of people willing to become sinners is quite large. And I'm not going to say a Cavallino owners who do not enjoy even a little bit of envy of others. And I do not lie, that is also a sin.
