What if Kumho make cars?

The answer to the holder of you on these lines. While Kumho is best known for its tires, the South Korean company has released to the pool with Fortis (no, that's not ), a concept SUV driven by four electric in-hub propellers connected to a core package of lithium ion batteries . Each of its 100 hp engine provides power, and thanks to their independent operation, you can convert to Fortis in a motor vehicle front, rear or full. The prototype is the work of Rob Dolton, former Fiat and, according to Kumho, the only car designer working for a tire manufacturer.

Speaking of tires, which is the strongest Kumho is not surprising that the wheels are also the most interesting concept. In order to improve grip, the camera can be deflated slightly, showing various metal wedges that do not seem to be making many friends among the environmental groups.
